These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of squaredbodychevy.com and your purchase of products from Squared Body Chevy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
We sell reproduction and aftermarket parts for 1973–1987 Chevrolet and GMC C/K trucks, Blazers and Suburbans. Year, make and model ranges are provided to help you choose the correct part, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm fitment for their specific vehicle before ordering. Some parts may require minor modification, trimming or professional installation for proper fit and finish.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and stock, but errors can occur. If a product’s price or availability is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, and to correct the error.
Shipping times, methods and costs are described on our Shipping Policy page. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Inspect all shipments on arrival and report damage promptly (see Returns).

Except where required by law or where a manufacturer’s warranty is expressly provided, products are sold “as is.” We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Reproduction and aftermarket parts may vary from original equipment in appearance, materials and finish.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squared Body Chevy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or any product, including installation costs, labor, downtime, or vehicle damage. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos and images — is the property of Squared Body Chevy or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Product and brand names are used for reference and remain the property of their respective owners.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Squared Body Chevy operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
